Conscious & Unconscious 

Scientists found three ways of how our subconscious mind programmed. The first one is genetic, this includes our physical body, some part of our personality and talents. The second one is the environment, where we learn how to read, write, get dress and many other habits. The third and the most important one is “mass mind’. “Subconscious programming is not done by simply thoughts that are repeated over and over on a consistent basis. Instead, they involved neurological patterns that occur within our cellular structure.”
